Okay... I was told you have to change the language of your PC to Japanese in order to play Hentai games.... the thing is.... I am concerned mostly becuase my password is english, and I am not experienced in reading Japanese. So.... can someone tell me if there is a way to circumvent that?

You need to install applocale:   http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13209

 

You don't need to do anything else.
