Animations selection

I am just wondering if this is possible too in Fallout 4 as is in Skyrim to select the animations you like to see and deselect the ones you don't like.

What dictates which animation will be played. Is this random or trickered by the mod you are using.

I know this sounds like a real noob question.

If there is a solution i haven't thought off yet, please point me to any solution. :)

I have to check AAF if it has some options in that regard.

The animations are called by the mod author in terms of category.     If one of those animations in that category are missing, then it should  result in your avatar just standing there, however it may generate a bad call, which likely will trigger a CTD.   I am almost certain you will just get a "missing animation" message on screen.

One other way to "trick it" is to go in and copying the animation file of the preferred animation and rebuilding (or pasting) the non preferred animation, essentially making it the same animation like "bent over desk" gets copied to "face to face on desk".    Lots of FO4editing to say the least and you should be comfortable in rebuilding xmls, unpacking esps etc.

Well, that seems to be true.

I looked in an XML from the theme package and i did not see an aggressive tag for Leito. On his site it says this and this and... is aggressive but when looking through the lines there aren't any.

I stumbled across AAF on Nexus and specifically at the AAF Themes. The basic mentions a wizard for AAF. I assume it is the menu in game where it should be possible to select animations.

If its like on Skyrim this would be actually great.

In the meantime i will look more closely the XML files.
