This is a weird one but I've seen way weirder here, here is cursed part I actually remembered seeing game with this exact premise, instead of remembering useful life skills I have a catalog of porn games I haven't even played myself apparently. Its called Shady Lewd kart, it was discontinued so I dunno how close to full game this is... it also has outrageous price for a discontinued game (20$ !?). If only there was ancient ship related way of getting this for free. Oh well that's the best I answer I can give the OP I dunno if you even can mod Mario Kart Wii, maybe emulator ver.

I've actually seen someone try to edit the models for Mario Kart Wii to make them nude and well....due to the Mario Kart Wii's graphics the models are pretty cursed.
