How Can I Create an Unique Female Courier for a Custom Quest?

Hi,

 

For my mod, I created a courier quest at the beginning.

The male courier brings the note. The PC gets it, etc...

 

My question is:

 

Is there a way to create a secondary female courier, just for my mod, just for that quest, without effecting/replacing the main/vanilla male courier of the game?

Like creating a female NPC...

 

If you can help me anyway, I'll really appreciate...
