They stay down (or stay on) until you unequip them.

I am at the point where I am seriously considering merging clothing mods so I don't need this mod but I won't lie it looks cute and with outfit switcher it'd be easy to roleplay like the panties had been pushed down. Plus it's a known fact that clothing which looks on the verge of falling off has a particular attractive appeal (seriously I think there's a tvtropes page about it)

I concur about wanting cbbe support but it's your mod.
