Its a wonderful mod, if you don't have it I suggest trying it. Anyways, my one dislike of this mod is that it doesn't give EVERY female npc panties, only some, seemingly at random. If any of you clever folks know what I could do to change that, I'd be much obliged. I'm using the BHUNP variant, if that helps any. Thank you!
traison Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 A simple approach to this could be to get SPID and have it distribute these armor items to all nearby NPCs. This will give the illusion of everyone having them, because most likely, all that the player cares about is what they see around them - you probably don't care if Elisif is wearing them while you yourself are in Whiterun. SPID as far as I know uses a plugin to do most of its work, but regardless this is still the kind of mod that may impact performance. Editing esp records directly would no doubt be better in that regard, however I would personally not look forward to the prospect of having to do that.

traison Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Well the plugin that comes with the mod seems to modify outfits. All of the leveled lists have their "chance of none" set to 0. So the npcs that are missing these items use an outfit that was not modified by this mod. Next time you find one of those npcs, find their formid while in-game, then open that record in xedit and find the outfit record used. Once you have that, copy it over as an override to the panty plugin, and add the appropriate leveled list to the list of outfit parts. It could also be that you have another mod that modifies outfit records that is loaded after the panty plugin - this will undo all changes thus having some npcs go commando.
