is there a prostitution or brothel mod that would allow me to set up gangbangs? Or to sell myself to military camps and maybe even bandit camps?

Public whore has threesome chances and separate chance for a queue to form so your character gets to fuck a lot in a row (think its like 10 or 20% chance for that baseline but you can change both of those in the MCM), public whore also has a quest where you got to a bandit camp, haven't done this one either so no idea if they go one by one or in groups, just know it exists as alternative to serving your public whore time https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/17026-public-whore/

Yes there is.  You will have to install two mods for it to work.

Travel to Windhelm and ask for a prostitutes license.  You will have to entertain the Stomclock troops in the field.
