IsabellaMoringard Posted February 14, 2023 Posted February 14, 2023 I found that regardless of whether or not I have the relationship button selected that their is no change in a sims relationship after they have sex (except for when using the prostitution feature in Nisa then they develop romantic feelings, one time I don't want them to). The issue persists however whether or not Nisa is in my mods folder and persists even with wicked being the only mod in folder. Not sure if there is another option I need to select to make work or if something else needs to be done. It is a relatively small issue but wouldn't mind clearing it up. Thank you.
Husk Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 WW Sex doesn't change Sims' relationship after they've had sex. It's so you can choose whether you want your Sims to have a Friends with Benefits kinda deal or if you wanna develop their romantic interest etc.

You can check this setting: It is in sex settings --- cheats --- advanced cheats. See if that works.

I thought it used to have an impact if you had it selected? 23 hours ago, LittleRedSonja said: You can check this setting: It is in sex settings --- cheats --- advanced cheats. See if that works. I've tried with it selected and not selected, its a weird issue. I'm guessing that it is being caused by some saved log info that I forgot to delete long ago but I'm afraid to do now as it would probably make me lose some other saved stuff. Not a big deal, was just wondering there might be another thing I would need to select.

I do not have sims 4 installed in this computer, so i cannot check now, but i remember my sims improving friendly relation after sex, although not always, or maybe i am just imaging it Do you have any other mods installed that for example limit or prevent relationship gains? Things such as Carl's gameplay overhaul. That could be the issue, maybe? Or mc commander if you have changed the relationship gain (or friendship difficulty i think it is called). IsabellaMoringard Posted February 19, 2023 Author Posted February 19, 2023 Even with WW being the only mod installed romance doesn't build afterwards regardless of the setting. I think it might be something persisting after a previous games save but I'm afraid if I delete the old data all lose all my attractiveness settings and after setting that up for 200+ sims its easier to live with the glitch when everything else is working.
