CAS Items Missing "X" In Top Right To Remove Items [SOLVED]

Since either the last update or the one before, I no longer have the ability to remove a single item by clicking the small "X" in the upper right corner of the CAS tile. For instance, if I have multiple items enabled in Accessories, the only way to change items is to select another one that's the same type. I can no longer simply remove an item. I've updated the few mods I use, but nothing changes.

It seems to be fixed. I found a mod that I had previously missed. It was "More CAS Columns". There's an update for it, and I was able to get it working. The "X"s are back now.

 

I don't have it, but UI Cheats Extension apparently causes similar issues if you have an outdated version.
