Smooth Physics

So i finally got fallout working with MO2 and all goes good, so i got Fusion Girl, OCBPC, and MTM 3B OCBPC physics preset, so i want to create something smoother than this:

So what parameters should i twitch to get less stiff movement and a more bouncy, soft movement?

Isn't physics tied to FPS? Are you using High FPS Physics Fix by any chance? I think it's already set up to limit OCBP/OCBPC to 60, but I'm not sure... I'm running it and on my end OCBPC functions properly; though I'm not using 3BBB and I'm using CBBE instead of Fusion Girl.
