"Sort By" Function broken?

since a few days ago it is not possible anymore, on my end at least, to sort files in any category by anything but date;descending.

i've tried clearing browser data including cache and cookies, changing the browser, being logged out, changing ip addresses as well as restarting my router.

could something else be wrong on my end?

The same thing happens on my PC too. Same for Edge, Internec, Chrome.

no solution here yet, tried other browsers, deleting cookies, VPN, logged off,  nothing changed

It's a known issue and being worked on.
