Is this a function for Spank That Ass SE?

So I'm trying to make my way back into the modding scene for Skyrim and possibly Fallout 4 when a startling realization occurred; I hadn't ever tried LoversLab mods. After some struggle I got the organization to show me the most downloaded mods, and among them was Slap That Ass SE. The character I intend to play and the playstyle I'd very much prefer is as a dominant male, so I'm wanting to know given the description seems to only mention functions happening to player character; can you employ the functions of Spank That Ass SE to npcs and spank them yourself?

Yes and no. STA was made with female PC in mind, so 95% of its functionality revolves around you getting spanked. There is "spank others" power but it doesn't really do anything spectacular and certainly doesn't have any sort of animation of you waking towards an NPC and slappingb their ass.

 

Also, if you are going to get STA SE, make sure it's 4.5 version,  not the newer one, 4.8.
