Weird Glitch

So i was setting up Fallout 4 with a few mods and all seems to go right but when i'm creating the character this happens:

PD: i use vortex, i don't know why MO2 doesn't load the mods, the game doesn't recognizes the mods, if anyone know why, i'll be appreciate it, also i use the lastest version of Fallout 4 script extender

Skeleton or physics issue (maybe both) - check your install and mod requirements.
