Is there any mod that allows you to ask any guard to arrest you even if you don't have any bounty? It would be great for roleplay a girl who tries to get into a kinky situation.

There are a couple mods that make very mundane harmless things into bounties, More Punishable Crimes adds stuff like looting corpses, using a crafting station late at night in public, bothering jarl late at night and vagrancy (even trying to rest/wait in public places other than inns, this one is actually kinda annoying at times I'd recommend disabling this option), deviously cursed loot has option to make either sex in public a crime and/or public nudity a crime. Maybe these would help you trigger those more immersively? SL survival has reactions to you shouting and waving weapons around but I don't think they end up with a bounty eventually? Just you getting punished in other ways. Public whore if you don't have it yet has a fun interaction with SL sexual fame, if you slut around too much in short amount of time you might get appointed city's public whore maybe that would fit your playstyle.

Maybe Sexlab Survival - WIP / Beta - LoversLab might be what you are looking for, if you look at 'Licenses' these can make the guard arrest you without a bounty. I am not too sure how it works, but my experience with Licenses was being chained and dragged into their dungeon several times so I had to disable Licenses.
