No armour ratings in Skyrim

I have a very strange glitch.  I have no armour ratings on vanilla or mod added armours.  This happened on Sunday.  I have searched everywhere and it seems that a very few people experienced this in the early days of Skyrim, but I could find no trace of a solution.

 

If anyone here has and insight I would be most grateful.  The only thing I changed in my game on Sunday was adding SkyFalls (animated distant waterfalls) which is a lovely piece of work.  The Mod author is trying to replicate the problem, but as there are many expert modders here I thought that I would just ask nicely

Bumping - Still not found a fix for lack of armour rating and I would prefer not to have to do a total re-install if possible.

1) If you start a brand new game, does it also happen?

 

2) If you uncheck EVERY mod you have and load the game, does it happen?

 

3) Are you noticing a difference in damage? I.E : is it a visual bug and you're just not SEEING the armor rating, or are you getting no armor at all?

No way such thing can happen unless you added a mod or changed your load order which could result in mods conflict on armors. Since first option is out as I'm using Skyfalls too and have no such problem, try running boss or skyproccer again if you're using Skyre, as I've heard it modifies armor ratings.
