aliciacaitlinn Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Hi All, All of my female sims now have penis's ive tried to change the settings as in how they use the toilet etc, nothing has seemed to work yet. Im not too sure if it is a specific mod that has caused this. Helpp please
Husk Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 You don't change Sims' genitals in CAS anymore. You click on a Sim -> Wicked -> Personalization -> Clothing & Anatomy (or something like that) and there you can change Sims' genitals.
