Recommendations for returning player

Moved this post from Technical to here, but I've finally reinstalled skyrim after years and I've seen so many videos online of new combat mods that make the game more immersive and souls like. Is there any other recommendations of combat mods, or collection of combat mods aside from the Combat Overhaul I've seen on nexus? 

I'm also wanting to find some good recommended immersive weapon and armors aside from Immersive armors. Some standalone ones if possible please?

These are my favourites, attack mco with precision accurate melee collisions and valallah animations and Combat behavior improved and Scar :skyrim combo ai revolution(plus all the requirements for these mods) really help modernize the combat,  then i use valallah combat and realistic combat ai but any other combat overhaul and ai overhaul would work with this combo.
