Hello. i've been working in my first mod recently (My mod is my original 3d model female body replace, armor and clothing complete remake) .

my problem is that when i export my mesh from blender with the textures (For now i use DMRA), the mesh show perfect with no problems but the texture is more darker than usual. I don't understand why, i'm using the same textures as the DMRA body mesh replacer (textures\characters\imperial\female\footfemale.dds).
Can some one tell me what i did wrong.

The body have the texture color , but your body does not use the color settings from the character generation because you use wrong names in the nif.

 

You use HGEC testures and meshes

 

Upper, lower and foot nif

The NiTriShape/NiTriStrips must have name Foot because it ust the footfemale texture

And NiMaterialProperty must be skin.  Only Skin !

 

Hand nif

The NiTriShape/NiTriStrips must have name hand because it ust the handfemale texture

And NiMaterialProperty must be skin.  Only Skin !

Only if both names are right the nif will use the character generation color , and head and body will have the same color.
