I upgraded from SE to AE one error left to figure out

I spent the last couple of days updating to AE from SE, I am down to this last error, Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please?!

I use Vortex. Skyrim AE V 1.6.640

I posted in the SOS AE forum, but no one has been there for a week.  this place

I also am old with little PC experience, will need instruction. Sorry.

SoS never officially got updated to AE so the .dll is for an older version of Skyrim. Use this and select whichever version matches your current version of Skyrim, keep in mind this is just the .dll so keep your current version of SoS but let this mod overwrite it.

The Game loaded so that is a good thing, no error messages.
