Mod to swap around the adults and children?

is there a mod that turns all the adults into children, and turns all the children into adults?

 

I had the idea for awhile now since the children become the size of adults when using  a brewing pot or smelter or something like that.

So it mightbe strange and cool if the guards are adult-sized children and the ofspring are child-sized adults.

 

Make sense?

is there a mod like this?
