Anim ISSUES at start HELP!

Hello there, amazing LoversLab God.

Im having some issues here. new to modding Skyrim, ive had successes with heavy modding of Oblivion, and NV.

That being said... i got a good auto save right after you hop off the cart at the start. So then i go ahead and install the mods i have downloaded and now when i load up it looks like all mods are working properly, i have no error messages. SKSE is updated and installed PROPERLY, but all the NPC's are standing as if im inspecting them in some theater mode lol. idk how to explain it. Voices play, no one moves, everyone just stands there. Restarting the game does the weird game-breaking glitch where the gate doesn't open.

Are you talking about everyone being in a "T"-style pose?  If so, then it sounds as if you didn't follow the instructions for installing FNIS properly.  Normally you'll see this if you did not run the Generator for FNIS, or if the Generator got errors during the run.  Reread the FNIS installation instructions and make sure to run the Generator as instructed (run as administrator, etc).

AS i scrolled down and saw many posts similar to mine with out any responses my stomach sank... So you sir, are awesome. 

 

Now, yes i am referring to the T-pose. I will check my FNIS install in the NMM (which i used to install all my mods obviously)

 

Will reinstall and post results.

If you are having the T-Pose glitch dealie, you need to run Generator that is inside the FNIS Behavior zip!

basically... dont be fucking retarded like me and skim the instructions. Also, that new SKSE is tricky.
