One sim refuses werewolf foot replacer

I like many didn't like the feet and tails (or lack there of as far as tails go) created for werewolves so I chose simomo's replacers for both genders and parts. It worked on my first werewolf and all the npc's I see transform are using them. I created a second werewolf and for some reason she refuses to wear the foot replacer no matter what I try even though she was created with it installed and on her feet in the cas screen. I's tried using the cas.fulleditmode to try and force her to use them and nothing. They will show in cas and be gone outside of it. I look in try importer and it's listed as being worn. I change her shoes on her everyday to the sneakers from the werewolf dlc because I thought maybe that was messing with it, but didn't fix it. Everyday is the outfit she is wearing every time she transforms so I thought changing that part of it would help.. nope.

Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it before I give her the cure and be done with it? I know it seems silly, but it bugs me a bit she's the only flat foot werewolf in town. xD Hopefully her daughter doesn't do it too. I only know a little bit on how to use them but, I have tray importer and sims4 studio if there is something in those I can do to fix it.
