How to design a new creature on existing skeleton ?

Hi

 

I'l thinking about integrate an ascended sleeper like for one of my mods.

 

Some models already exists.

This one is nice, uses the seeker skeleton, but it's private property. I can't use it.

This one is free as I cite vicn, it use hagraven skeleton, but it's more ugly than the previous... and have no legs.

 

Do you think it's possible to fit the ascended sleeper eshe to a new skeleton ?

 

If not, what I could dot as alternative (except putting a mask on a human npc ?)
