[REQ] Transpose Riding Animation from Idle to Forward

Hey everyone.  I've been trying to transpose the idle rider animation from this mod: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/9572-erotic-horse-riding-idle-motion/

to the fastforward.kf with 3dsmax, but I'm just too much of a n00b, and I've given up.  If anyone could crank this out without too much trouble, I'd really appreciate it.
