DocClox Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 I thought it would be nice to have a thread for those odd moments where your jaw just drops at something that happened in game. My favourite so far: I was clearing out a cave system near Whiterun, and I was down there so long that when I finally got back out night had fallen, and the sky was blazing with the Northen Lights. And I'd just about finished thinking "that looks pretty" when I noticed the dragon, circling overhead, a dark silhouette against the Aurora. And then I couldn't get the damn screenshot key to work... I wanted that image as wallpaper, dammit!
Med111 Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Meeting leader of The Greybeards for the first time, for sure. I really expected him to be a Nord Also ending, after coming back to Nirn. Many people don't find ending in Skyrim rewarding, but that scene on top of Throat of the World was the best I could wish for.

Listening to his speech with all my fellow imperial soldiers when he mentions how the Stormcloaks won't stop while they have the support of a single Nord. Every single imperials soldier (and myself to see what was going down) turned their heads to the left to look at the single remaining city guard that made it. It had to be a glitch because that was the direction the enemies came from, but I felt so bad for that guy.
