having trouble trying to fix this. i tried deleting & reinstalling. 

reupdated & removing skin from folder, but still see the grey parts around nips/

Looks like a default skin replacer you installed somewhere.

I agree its very likely from a default skin replacement you have.

You can use Sims 4 Tray Importer, make a completely naked sim, and save it - and then load the Sim in the Sims Tray Importer and it will show you what default stuff it has attached so you can remove it.

 

You can also try nipple overlays - some CC creators made them. Simdulgence has male nipple color overlays that may work? Miiko does as well (not sure if they work on men) and there may be other CC nipple overlays (I think Untraditional Nerd had some??) 

 

They should theoretically help fix the nipple color.
