Looking for a Voice Swapper Mod

Yes I'm looking for a Voice Swapper Mod. A mod like Fuz Do Ro but instead of silent, be able of use any matching voice or dialogue.

 

Basically 2 main functions.:

 

1. Be able of take custom dialogues without lips files like "Yes" or "Of course" and play the equivalent vanilla voiced dialogue.

 

2. Be able of use a alternative voice when the original custom voice of the actor don't include the lips files for some dialogue but the alternative voice have it.

I have followers with custom voice's that are very similar to some vanilla voice's and don't include some vanilla dialogues so i usually copy those missed lips files from the matching voice into the custom voice and the problem seems to be solved but now with new the synthesized voices for some usually voiceless Mods i should do the same with those files too and not just is hard keep it updated, also take a lot of space on the hard drive.

 

If someone know a mod like that or know a way to use voice files from another voice without copy the files when the custom voice of the actor don't include those files. Please let me know!
