Running RND WITH Ineed, any issues with having both?

I could only ever find this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/khl557/can_i_install_both_ineed_and_realistic_needs_and/ What I want to achieve with running both is having ineed for followers while RND is handling player's needs (because of some integration that RND has but Ineed doesn't). Unless there is another mod that has follower needs that I couldn't find. Is there anything specific I need to change in xedit so both work well together or should they just stay out of eachother's way?

Look at Ingestibles. RND changes a lot of food and alcoholic drinks by adding its own satiation and inebration effects, plus each vanilla food piece is assigned a "spoil" value, meaning how much it takes for food to spoil. I don't know anything about how iNeed handles food, becasue I never used it, but this is an area you might want to look for conflicts. In the end you might either have to choose one or the other or merge their effects. How the last one would turn out, I have no idea.

Also, if you use something like RWT, any water source will be unusable for RND unless you get a patch (shamless plug: I have one available for latest RWT 5.6.0 both here and on Nexus).

Example: Apple Pie

RND adds a keyword with spoilage category 2, meaning the food lasts very long (higher numbers mean food spoils faster) and changes the effects from simply restoring health, to making it filling food and fortifying carry weight. RND does that for all vanilla and DLC food and drink items. That's several hundred records, and you'll have to look through every single one of them and either merge or decide which one to keep. If you have Hunterborn it adds close to a thousand new records on top of that.

Have fun.
