[QUESTION] Change male npcs to femboys

I apologize as the answer may be obvious, but I couldn't find any answers just by googling.

 

Is there anyway to change all male npcs to femboys/twinks/whatever? I couldn't find any mod to do it, and I've been fiddling with bodyslide mod, but either its not possible with just that or even with all the youtube tutorials I'm not understanding how to use it. There are a couple femboy mods I was able to find and I would be happy with any of them, but they all either add a race or use cbbe bodyslide and thus can only be applied to female npcs.

 

Am I missing something obvious?

The Highly Improved Male Body Overhaul combined with the right textures such as Milk Drinker for SOS and the Pretty Face mod ought to do the trick. This preset should help, as well.

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but did you have any luck with this? I'm looking to do the same thing-- Change all male NPCs to a noticeably smaller, less masc shapes-- and found your post while searching for information about it. Did HIMBO do the job? Was there something else necessary? Did you end up having to abandon the whole idea? I'm ah, very curious for, um... reasons... 😅
