Is this only for the discontinued MAG? Because I'm trying to use it with MAG Continued and it doesn't appear at any tier of Archo research.

It reads:
<li>More Archotech Garbage Reupload</li>

This is the mod it's looking for.
In your case, you want to change it to:

<li>More Archotech Garbage Continued</li>
In case this comes up again, (since a patch is less likely to completely brick) the name of the mod is in the About.xml of the target mod; In this case: More Archotech Garbage Reupload
