a way to make player head invisible for pov scenes?

I am using Improved Camera which makes it so going first person doesn't work in a sex scene. I thought that the easiest solution would be to just make my character's head, then enable free cam, and then move the camera to be placed where my character's head would be. I tried looking for a mod that makes it so the player's head becomes invisible, but can't seem to find any.

 

It'd be ideal if it was a helmet or something that turned the head invisible, so during sex scenes I could just equip the helmet and then unequip it afterwards.

I use 3 camera mods, but I think Immersive first person view is the one that can hide my head in first person.

I can see my bangs if my hair is long enough, but I think I chose that option in the ini file? I could probably move the camera forward slightly to miss my head completely. Its flexible like that, I just haven't changed my settings in a while.
