xXSkyrimmer69Xx Posted December 23, 2022 Posted December 23, 2022 (edited) Has anyone ever made any? Ostrap comes with 3BA strapons, but the meshes are broken (the dildo is completely distorted). A user on the nexus page says they fixed it in body slide, but they don't share the file or say how they did it. I tried converting the CBBE strapons from here to 3BA in body slide, but I get the same problem as the ostrap mod author (the dildo is completely distorted). It looks fine in BS, but then in game the upper middle part gets flattened. The straps and everything else fit fine. The CBBE version's dildo is fine (no distortion at all), but then the straps clip like crazy since it's a different body. Alternatively, are there any bodyslide wizards out there who know how to convert the CBBE mod to 3BA without the dildo breaking? I'm familiar with converting normal outfits from CBBE to 3BA, but bodyslide doesn't detect the dildo normally when you copy bone weights (since it extends far away from the body and you have to get rid of the target limit or paint on your own weights), and I'm guessing this messes up the shape (something I don;t know how to fix). Did not see that as I don´t care about such stuff but some stuff of restraints do simply not technically fit to that newer bodies*** as this stuff has more complexer features, which have not been inside of oldrim. And btw. am I not willed to make my assets always become working onto a newer shape, which has for no reason being created without a breast-shape. That has been a mistake to create a flat-breast body and offer an oldrim-conversion, which is not working. The better way is simply from the old shape down to the new shape, which is proofed by my creations now. Okay, back to your desired request: If the dedicated bone of that dildo is weightpainted correctly-i guess it is a spine-bone, that dildo has to be fully red/yellow to be again visible without distortion. Anyway is it possible that additional bones now do share some weightpainting of the old original file. In that case you get such distortions. Conversions do not work always automatically so you need to understand how the newer body has been created with all it´s different collision-parts (which simply don´t work propper, specially not on additional assets like restraints) and the added partitions for the lower arm-section and the shin-parts/legs to become new available slots....yuhuuu! You can load the thing into BS and step thru the bones and look, which bone is relevant for that dildo...you then take care that only those spine-bone is making that thing to become fully red. Other bones have to become deleted. I wish you a happy bodyslide-party:-)) ***-that´s why I created a new cbbe-compatible body, which will work without any problems also as a multbone-breasts-body with some BBL physics as well, with those parts of collision, which will work also for restraints and without eating slots by default for no reason. CBBE means the standard old cbbe shape suiting to cbbe skin. For easy asset-"conversions". Will be working in SE and in LE. p.s. if the weightpainting is fully correct and the problem is still accuring, you might have a problem with the asset in whole. Some stuff with more distance to the body is automatically being influenced by morphing which then can not become solved as long those morphs do exist. So what I tried was deleting all the bones for the specific mesh then selecting the spine bone and painting the dildo red. That didn't work (it was still distorted) so I tried other nearby bones, but I had the same result with them too. When you mentioned morphs, I remembered that the user on nexus forums talked about fixing the belly morphs/sliders, but they didn't go into further details. Do you have any idea what that means or how I could approach fixing the morphs? If it's too hard to explain, don't worry about it. Edited December 23, 2022 by xXSkyrimmer69Xx
