Human Enemies Stopped Attacking Me... But There's A LOT More To It...

So first off I tried not to make a new topic on this but I'm NOT about to sift through the entire forum just to find the right thread for this really weird bug that doesn't even have a solution ANYWHERE on Google...

That said... while playing FO4 it seems the lower leveled human (and feral ghouls, so human and human'ish) enemies have abruptly stopped being hostile altogether towards me...

I tried to spawn a few different enemies once i caught on to what the issue was... a bottom tiered deathclaw attacks me on the spot, some rust devil ROBOTS attacked me when i was defending Abernathy Farm but NOT the raiders/rust devil humans, and pretty much anything non-human attacks me. i even spawned in a berserk raider on my level 71 character and he didn't attack me. then i loaded my level 5 version of the same character from when i first started and he attacked me like a normal hostile.

What's even weirder in all this though is that the lower leveled enemies that don't attack me DO attack the higher leveled enemies that MUST be in the same faction with each other and hence NOT enemies... even the higher tiered raiders that don't attack my level 71 at all anymore... i hope this all makes as much sense as it can...

I was playing the anti-mat rifle creation community mission, "Paper Mirror" i think its called, and resurrected Silas (one of the mod's main enemy/NPCs) in the laundromat and spawned in a random bottom tier raider and they started fighting and i finally got it to crash for me too and this is what it came back with (see attached AUTOSCAN file).

The only part of this whole issue that would make some, if any, logical sense would be if JB's mods "Nuka Ride" and/or maybe "Commonwealth Slaver" might not get along with the Creation Club's "Paper Mirror"/Anti-Material Rifle mod for some reason... since you're "allied" with SOME of the raiders in Nuka Ride and Commonwealth Slavers... though I destroyed the Whore House in CS and the raiders that don't hate me should pretty much all be in Nuka World on NR... the gunners not hating me would make SOME sense due to a part of the storyline in NR, but ONLY them and not EVERY lower leveled human-based enemy...

I really truly wish there was a better, less wordy way to explain all this, so I'm sorry for the rant and thank you for any help anyone can give me.

P.S. the only mod I added just before this all started that could've possibly caused any of this was a make Hancock into a human mod, and I already confirmed its not the culprit at all after disabling it and loading it with no changes in the bug whatsoever...

EDIT: 2nd crash log... I ran into a fight between Children of Atom and the Gunners... the Children of Atom mostly very low tiered ones were hostile from the start... so i killed all of them... turned to a gunner commander shot him once in the head and it immediately crashed... (see the 2nd crash scan, "14-37-41-AUTOSCAN" I attached for more info)

You might be marked as friendly to bandit factions, (i.e. in a bandit faction yourself). You could try following to see what factions your character is in and toggle likely looking ones off. Obviously have backups saves just in case you bork something.

Helps if I actually give a proper link.

Try this in console (removes you from the raider faction):

Click on yourself and type:

RemoveFromFaction 0001CBED

Other factions:

Atom Cats     00048641
Brotherhood of Steel     0005DE41
Children of Atom     0002FB84
Diamond City security     00002F65
Triggermen     00083AD0
The Forged     0031010D
The Institute     0005E558
Minutemen     00068043
Railroad     000994F6
Gunners     00058303
Pillars of the Community     000BBF88
Neighborhood Watch     000E1ACC

Or do you have MCG installed with infamy very high - as this will make them non-hostile. BTW, spawning in mobs does not guarantree they are hostile in my experience.

this one has helped a bit... i walked into a random shack and found a friendly feral ghoul. so i brought up the holotape from this mod and changed him to an "Ally" and not marked as an enemy, and he immediately turned hostile when i exited my pipboy... resurrected him and he was still hostile. so i tried to spawn in a raider and do the same thing but it didnt work.. then i spawned in a ghoul and it also did not work... so i truly have no clue what is going on... a 3rd crash occurred and it looks like its a separate, 3rd, issue... so the crashes are all over the place, its not staying to one issue... ive got no clue what to do lol

i will try this as well. and im not sure what "MCG" is. and yea 1 or 100 of them they're still friendly, so its not a matter of quantity but something in the internal files. i can only assume that much must be true...

There may be a script somewhere that i need to change and that im hoping someone in the community here has experienced before... i feel like im the only one who's ever had this issue before as nothing on google even comes close. And how it started ESPECIALLY makes no sense how it seemed to randomly "activate" itself, appearing to have randomly scrambled its own brains with who is an enemy from an ally/friendly...

...and again, one of the crash autoscans DID make it sound like it might be Commonwealth Slavers (maybe and/or Nuka Ride), by JB, being that you're "allied" (enslaved/"forced" to join if you choose) with some commonwealth raiders and maybe a script got automatically changed so that most (not all, i dont think) raiders, for example, are your "friends"/"allies"

here's the third crash autoscan btw for what its worth at this point... smh lol

Are you playing a female character and have been raider petted before and escaped?

You may still be listed in faction "captive'.

Yeah I've had the exact same issue crop up in a few saves with raider pet. I figured it was SOMETHING faction related but couldn't fix it until I checked out my factions in "better console - F4SE". Better Console - F4SE at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
