Game freezes in major cities but runs fine everywhere else.

Hi people. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a hand with an issue I'm having. my game freezes whenever I enter a major city. this issue seems to happen instantly upon loading in when I have followers or after trying to open an in game menu without followers (in this case it crashes). I have disabled each mod one at a time to try to find the issue and noticed that I can load in properly with devious devices disabled. I assume the issue has something to do with devious devices but I'm not sure how to fix the issue (sort of disabling the mod and all associated mods which you'll see is a big part of my mod list) . thanks in advance. any help would be appreciated!

do you have enboost? or crash fixes installed? If not you might have memory allocation problem

I dont know pap logs from my great aunts, uncles brother but I see DCUR(devious cursed loot) and laura's bondage shop mod stuff in your logs, and it doesnt look like other mods are pulling them in. Did you recently uninstall those mods? You can start new game or run a savetool cleaner on an existing save and it should help

 

I also noticed in LO that you have xpmse loading after MoreNastyCritters, MNC should be moved down below the xpmse.

Crashes with DD enabled could also be related to HDT. I'm not aware of any of your mods including devices on NPCs though, do they?

 

Crashes in the menu without followers could suggest something UI related?

 

Disabling mods isn't necessarily as helpful as you might think, because it can create new problems and doesn't eliminate everything from your save.

Thanks for the help, I followed your advice and moved XPMSE and MNC in my mod list. I tried using enboost but my problem persists. I'm playing on a new save and while I crash less then the previous one (previous save was a mess)  I still crash sometimes when I open my pause menu and I still freeze at random. the only thing I have not tried is in the enblocal.ini file the guide recommended I edit didn't have a "CustomMemoryblocktotalsizeMB" for me to change. If you have any other ideas id love to hear them but if not thanks for the help regardless.

this is a problem I've had for a while and have tried troubleshooting on my own so not super new. the only devices that appear on anyone besides my character are ones I put on my followers. currently they don't have any equipped though.

 

now that I think about it some characters have random collars equip but idk what mod that is part of? I never downloaded a "collar nazeem" mod lol.

 

I'm on a new save now and i've noticed i can last longer in towns i still cant do anything besides walk from point A to point B without a crash/freeze. if i attack someone or start a scene it doesnt last long before a freeze.
