Problem with STDs

I don't have Woohoo Wellness or anything like that, just the latest Wicked Whims. My sims often have unprotected sex and I have no way to turn off these STDs. (I can only turn off the crab lice.) I've been through every left-click setting as well as regular right-click settings and can't seem to find anything!

 

I'm wondering if I have some kind of conflicting mod - I have a lot of historical CC? I feel genuinely stressed out about this. I'd just like my sims to go back to having sex without contracting syphillis or UTIs every single time.

afaik there are not STDs, except the lice, in WW....

 

so it hast to be another mod - iirc there once was a STD mod out there, maybe you should look for something like this

I found the conflicting mod! It was an old STD mod file buried away in some other mod files, haha. Thank you for the advice!
