Wierd lighting bug

I am making a player house and i am placing lights and i went in game to check and i got weird black parts of the wall i have tried replacing the wall piece and no luck. What's going on?

you probably placed too many lights in a single room and the lightradius is overlapping, you can press the "L" key in CK to show the radius from the Lights, this can also happen if you set a bunch of lights and decide to move some of them, you have to move them all....this is something i have to take care of in my playerhome as well, it can be very frustrating

yes, the textures in your pictures looking good, would be a shame if they get destroyed by weird flickering shadows, the video also shows how to do emittance for the windows there is another one more detailed for emittance
