Performance mods you'd recommend?

I just finished building my new gaming PC, and while it can run the game at max settings with 60fps

Well, Bethesda being Bethesda and downtown Boston being the infamous laggy place that it is

I'd like to know of any mods that will improve my performance as much as possible

Optimized Vanilla Textures

PRP

FPSL

Buffout

ENB

High FPS fix

Sprint stuttering fix

No more ugly plants

Far Object LOD

 

For an extremes:

Performout All Game Textures Resized

LoD for All - Performout Edition

drop U-grids to 3 from 5 (it is playable, speed ran the main story on 3 grids without issue, it's just soo ugly.)

 

None of that matters if you break pre-combines. And downtown FPS is still shit even with PRP and a decent rig. Maybe the "update" will fix the frames being shit without breaking every FO4 mod known to us... ?
