Question related to persistent object refereces

I've been trying to make a patch between SL Survival and Missive. At Markarth gate the toll table from SLS is overlapping with Missive board, so I'm thinking of moving the table to the side. I use CK to move the toll box, but when I jump in game it just disappears (new save is the same). I'm guessing it could be related to toll box being a "persistent reference", by reading through this article by Arthmoor. But sadly I still couldn't find a solution myself to properly move it. Also did some google search but again with no luck.

I'm hoping that someone would kindly point me towards the right way.

Never had a problem like that, sounds like there's something else going on, something you're not mentioning here or not aware of.

But, lets assume all you did was drag the table, which is probably a FURN or ACTI record, some units in some direction using the CK, and this somehow made it not appear in game. In this case I'd restore the plugin to its original state, and open it again in the CK. Move the table it to its new location again and note down its new coordinates. Exit out of the CK without saving changes. Open the plugin in xEdit and change just the coordinates.

Edit: If it still disappears then call 555-2368 between 9 am and 5 pm.

now that I think of it, I'm unsure what could've gone wrong. CK is always giving me headache. Also go through all of the SLS mod page, guide, features, MCM... etc. I'm guessing that the toll box is a level 5 persistent ref (Level 5: Persistence applied as the result of being a Papyrus property, quoted from Arthmoor's post), since it requires player to hand in some amout of gold to unlock city gate. But I know nothing about papyrus and stripting Skyrim so I have no way of knowing if my guess was true.

That I also tried, but the outcome is the same.

So I'm getting tired of this and I decide to just remove missive from my load lol.

The link takes you to the ghostbusters wiki page. If you were born after the mid 80's you have no idea what I'm talking about probably. Quite interesting though, I sort of assumed the CK did something stupid there.

I realize you're done with this, but just in case this pops up in someone's google results, here's another idea:

Grab the reference id of that problematic object from the CK or xEdit and prid it from the console in-game (when it has been moved and has disappeared). See if anything can be done about it from the console. More Informative Console may be useful here as well (if not essential).

Edit: Oh and about the persistent references not being able to be moved, I forgot to edit this into my last post: The only place where I've seen this is when I've tried to move planters without starting a new game. They simply can not be moved using the CK (as in, changes do not apply until a new game is started) but I've never had a planter disappear on me. A quick workaround for the planters, is to again copy the coords from the CK and move them accordinly using the in-game console.
