Need help with animation install for mod - skyrim

IM trying to get naked defeat to work with the animations i downloaded but since im new im having trouble please help.

Based on the information we got from you, I can tell: you did something wrong.

 

What's installed, did you run FNIS, what EXACTLY doesn't work like you want it to, are there any log files?

 

EDIT: Naked Defeat has its own support thread btw, maybe better ask there. And don't forget to add as much info as possible
