[REQUEST] or [SEARCH] I need a mod that will keep my followers in knockdown state, so they don't jump back in the fight after knockdown.

Hi LL,

I'm need a mod that will keep my followers out of the fight once they are knocked down.

The trouble I'm having is that my followers get knocked down, but then the enemy that killed them gets killed or the knockdown timer expires and the follower recovers and gets back in the fight.  This makes it impossible to lose even pretty big battles because my followers don't get knocked down and stay down.  NPCs get killed, but my followers recover and attack again until all the NPCs are dead.

I've tried setting SL Defeat's timers to maximum, but if the NPC that put them in knockdown gets killed, they jump back in the fight.

I've tried tying them up and even turning off their AI, but since I run with a big pack of followers (10 to 15) it's hard to do when they're fighting all over the place (and turning off their AI prevents events and scripts from firing).

I need something that will keep them in knockdown state for 20 minutes or until I revive them.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

That was made in 2012, 10 years ago, by Amazing Follower Tweaks and of course works in Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks SE:

I think ALL the Follower Manager, like UFO, EFF, NFF, FLP,... have the option but seems that your problem is directly related to Defeat.

Is Defeat who put your follower in BleedOut and is Defeat who recover them from BleedOut when their attacker is dead.

You must post your problem in the support page of Defeat. Maybe Bane or Baka have a modified version that can solve the problem.

Also, you can try Yamete REDUX that have personaliced permanent BleedOut until combat end.

Thanks everyone for your responses!  I would've responded sooner but I didn't see any notifications for some reason, probably a forum setting I need to adjust.

I'm using EFF.  I like AFT, but its active follower limit wouldn't let me roll with the bikini-armored horde I call an adventuring party.  Maybe there is a relatively simple code alteration that can resolve the issue.

P.S.  In Oldrim when I had Familiar Faces, I made followers of my favorite characters and roamed Skyrim picking up followers from mods and abducting any NPCs who looked interesting through my combination of mods.  With the enemies mods I was using, there were plenty of times that my adventuring party got absolutely thrashed.  But, there were a lot times that I won because my followers wouldn't stay down.  Those were fake victories which took the fun out of it and caused problems for the type of rp playthrough I was trying to do.  I would make whoever defeated us followers, stash my bound regular followers in their camp, and then my character would out with the new captor followers to do side quests.  I would leave the new captor followers non-essential, so when they died my character could escape or be taken by new captors.  It created interesting chains of emergent gameplay as my character was taken captive by group after group of NPCs until finally getting away and building a new team of followers to rescue the original followers.

P.P.S.  I tried Yamete but I couldn't get it to work.  I'll try again.
