the mod doesn't work

I downloaded the mod and I put it in the mods folder but I don't see the icon in the game.. the mods batten is active but it still doesn't work  

what to do?

Where is your Mods folder?

What is in your resource.cfg in the Mods folder?

My own copy is in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\", so if it's just in your Documents folder, that's probably the wrong place.
You didn't answer my question about your resource.cfg file.  If you don't know what that is or can't find it, that's probably your problem.
