City Rumors Problem

I'm having a problem with the City Rumor quest getting locked up.

 

I'm a female character.

 

Me and Easy Pete are at the cemetery, I talk to him and the scripted sex scenes start. He eats me out, and that works. Then I give him a blowjob, and after that is done, I come out of the scene unarmed but in a fighting stance. I can only look up and down, can not move at all or look left/right. Easy Pete just stands there and I have no options to interact with him.

 

If I type in "enableplayercontrols" I can still only look up and down and not move at all. Also, if Easy Pete happens to be right in front of me, I'll see the talk to Easy Pete option appear, but nothing happens when I press E. If I type in the "TFC" command at this point, sometimes Easy Pete will start talking as if I finished his part of this quest and he walks off, but I'm still stuck only able to look up and down.

 

I've tried starting a new game, and even tried going straight towards this quest so absolutely nothing else in the game would have happened first yet, but it still always locks my character after the blowjob scene with Easy Pete.

 

Any ideas?

Whenever I have problems with my camera opening my pip-boy seems to fix it

When this happens, I can't access the pip-boy, or the menu, or interact with anyone or anything. The only thing that is accessible is the console.

 

Even if I could access the pip-boy, I doubt it would do anything here. I'm aware of that trick on legitimate camera issues. But this doesn't appear to be a camera issue, it's a quest and game breaking player control issue that is far beyond anything the disable/enable player controls option effects.
