Mod that freezes money.. or adds back immediately the spent ammount

Hey folks.

 

I know there are money-cheats like "money X" or you can add funds via MCCC..

But is there a mod that you can activate/deactivate and while it's activated it would do.. what the title says.

It just accured to me that when my female sim gets invited to some bar or launge or whatever, she has to pay for all her food/drinks regardless.

So such a mod would be extremely helpful.
