Massive Slowdown

I'm new at Sexout frist off, but I notice after a while the game slowly begins to lag at a alarming rate. Now before I installed Sexout I could play the game on Max settings no problem, but after a rape or two the frame rate goes to crap, more so in the New Vegas area. Is there way to fix this?

honestly sounds like your rig isn't powerful enough, being able to run vanilla fallout at max settings doesn't mean you can run heavy mods and still retain your performance, but if it isn't an issue with your pc not having enough power, nobody's going to be able to help you without knowing your load order, so you probably should post that.
