Just started modding my skyrim for adult stuff

And I seem unable to get the adult animations to function at all. Animations like the basic walk has been changed. Skin textures and models have changed. The game play elements I downloaded are in. But when they activate, the animations don't occur.

I got the Mod config whatever in my menu. So its installed. I can do the shift G attack and knock people down and choose to rape. Or get knocked down and raped. The thing is, when either happens, the characters involved get naked, sigh there lines and moans... but just stare off blankly. There is no action happening. I'm not sure if my other animations work or not that don't involve (besides the default walk) this mod... but I really wanted this one to work.

just a stupid question did you install sexlab???

I didn't the first time. uninstalled everything. even skyrim. and reinstalled everything. same problem. does

I do seem to have a similar issue where it just wont initialize the sex animations. 

I got both Defeat and Submit installed, do they conflict each other?
