Do you know if a mod who add a button/interphone to spawn a settler freely exist ? I've seem such thing in this mod and would want to find an autonoous one: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23844 (in the "ultimate version espcially)

I'm not sure i follow what you're getting at, but if you're looking for a mod that allows you to spawn settlers in a settlement then the Cheat Terminal has that iirc
