Can the strip bar work autonomously?

So I opened up several households, just cause, and one of them is running the WW stripbar. Works great, but I'm wondering if there's any way to get it to open autonomously? So far, I have to switch over to that household, send her to the bar and only then does it seem to open.
Is this normal or is there a way to get the sim to open the bar by herself? (I keep missing opening hours).

The Strip Club should just be open and functional when you visit it with another household.

I tried doing this a few months ago.  Set up a strip club with a household ran a few nights to make sure it worked, then switched to another household and tried to visit as punters.  Didn't seem to work - everyone just stood around rather than performing strip club functions.

It works just as Husk mentioned.

 

Show up at any time and the dancers / janitors will show up, strip, bartend, prostitute themselves, etc. Just tested it to check. I'm using WW 170k and latest public version of Nisa's WP.
