Another Request: Somene "Anyone with the know how" to work on a truly unique ENF/EUF themed mod

Someone "Anyone ?" To continue work on the mod: 

There is no source code included with the base mod so this would only apply to people with the know how to create the mod from scratch ?.  BTW, Bahow has given up the rights to it ?.  It's a truly different enf/euf themed mod among the others out there "And has the best animations by far ?".  Could use a little love ?!  Discussion is here:

There are a few ways to get the source back from a pex file. I wouldn't recommend it normally, but if the mod has been opened to one and all, I can't see the harm.
