Texture DDS rework bugued - litle help

an idea of this problem ?

 

I modify in general with - Paint Net , but last most changes or just change the color j have this bug

Your dds file is missing minimaps. So ex 4k dds file and 2k Skyrim ini setting

 

1) Make sure its BC3 for LE or BC7 for SE ( compression )

2) generate Minimaps

3) make sure u have selected right layer ( or connect all layers into one )

the problem is that I already have the problem on textures just with the changed colors, I have already also changed the minimaps several times also to remove the shine effect and I had no problem

 

would make this a paint net problem ?

But yeah, you need to do that with the dds plugin for photoshop. Or gimp also has it.

 

You could apply another texture to the clothes in the nif file and check that - just to confirm 100% that it is the dds with the problem.
