Question about "hook ups"

So Iv just come back to Rimworld after a break, and I have a question about something that I just recently noticed:

Sometimes when my pawns are chatting Ill get a message in their social logs that says "PawnX tried chatting up PawnY" and if it succeeds Ill get the message "PawnY agreed to the hookup". If its succeeds the two pawns will go have sex. My question is: What mod is this from? I have updated a bunch with the release of 1.4 so I'm not sure, and I really want to disable or tweek it.

hookups are a base RJW feature, I believe the settings page is called "RJW Casual Sex Settings" or something similar
